I have over twenty years participation in group fitness training including Aerobics, Step, Circuits, Boxercise, Body Conditioning, Spin, and Aqua.
I am a runner, cyclist and swimmer who regularly participates in charity fund raisers in all of these disciplines. I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2009.
